We accept return and exchange requests within 5 days of delivery only when Healthy Side is responsible for an error, such as an incorrect or defective product.
For these cases, Healthy Side pays all return or exchange shipping costs. Packaging does not have to be sealed when the issue is our error.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
Eligible refunds are issued on the same day via Vodafone Cash.
